The Brief

Jack Stillman required high-impact visual assets for their wax-treated oilskin and heavy canvas poncho collection—specifically featuring the Drifter Field Blanket/Poncho and the Pacific Rugged Rain Poncho. The directive focused on demonstrating real-world water repellency, thermal adaptability, multi-functional utility, and timeless heritage craftsmanship under harsh, wet outdoor conditions.

The Execution

Executed field production logistics in wet, exposed woodland and coastal environments to test the water-shedding performance of oilskin and heavy canvas gear in collaboration with Erika Bastogi.

Captured a versatile asset package highlighting active wearability (wearing as a rain poncho), multi-use deployment (field blanket shelter/camp setup), and detailed material texture close-ups.

Applied custom post-production color grading tailored to Jack Stillman’s warm, earthy, and vintage adventure aesthetic.
